Adara Scholl
As Program Officer, Grantmaking, Adara serves as part of the grant evaluation team and is a primary point of contact for potential applicants and grantees, and works to shepherd nonprofits through our responsive grant application and funding process. Through this work, we aim to understand each organization, their current context, and their request.
Previously, she gained extensive experience as a Lead Consultant in the nonprofit and state government sectors, managed internal logistics for reference services within the state library system, and served as an Air Force Veteran, leading in areas of Deployment Readiness, Personnel Management, and Mortuary Services.
Adara and her family are active in their community, regularly volunteering at their local library and church. They also participate in various gardening projects throughout Kent County.
